When ordering the socks, there are only 2 sizes: Size Small is a youth shoe size, Size Medium is an adult size.
When ordering the reverisble training pinnie, click the arrow in the picture to see the size chart. The pinnies only come in 3 sizes. Size Small is a youth size, Size Medium is like Youth Large-Adult Small, Size Large is like a size Adult Medium-Adult XL.
