Below is a weekly training outline I have put together to help you prepare for your upcoming season. It covers all the key areas for your continued development and preparation.
Most of the exercises can be done in a small area like your home or backyard. I would like you to follow the outline until we are able to resume our normal training activities.

A-Technical/Fundamental Skill (Passing, Dribbling, Receiving, Ball Control & Shooting) 15-20 min 3-5 days a week
B-Fitness with the Ball 15-20 min 3-5 days a week
C-Watch Futsal Game 15-20 2 x week
D-Juggling skills 10 min 3-5 days a week
A-Technical/Fundamental Skill (Passing, Dribbling, Receiving, Ball Control & Shooting) GK's (Work on Footwork as well as (Catching, Distribution, Diving) 30-45 min 5 days a week
B-Physical/Fitness (Aerobic/Anaerobic/Core Strength) 30-45 min 5 days a week Note: Alternate daily between the 2 types of Fitness. Core training can be done every other day
C-Game Analysis (Systems of Play/Types of Pressure/Direct or Indirect) 30-45 min 2 x week
