In partnership with a new sponsors for SSA we have agreed to send out a survey on their behalf.  You will see information about this survey in the March newsletter and in an individual email.  

Please note the sponsor does not have your email information.  The only way they do is if you provide it for the drawing for the $100 Dick's Sporting Goods gift card.

With that said, providing your email address in the survey does nothing for the association.  It's up to the individual if you would like to provide your email address to be entered into the drawing.  

By sending out this survey, SSA is fulfilling a part of the sponsorship requirements in our agreement.
