Futsal is a small-sided game that is played on a basketball court. Futsal provides more opportunities for players to improve because, compared to a one-hour indoor game, you get 3 times the number of touches on the ball. Just like an indoor league, however, players compete in games, while, maximizing their monetary investment through guided instruction from high quality coaches.

Prep Academy focus is on the fundamental building blocks of soccer by teaching the basics of dribbling, passing, receiving, finishing and defending. These skills are taught through a combination of individual training and small sided games.

A high desire to improve will be a shared a characteristic amongst players in this group. Through attendance expectations a consistent group will challenge and push each other to progress and improve every week of training. Sessions will be organized and adapted to accommodate the accelerated progression players are expected to make. Groups will be separated by boys and girls and each gender will have a younger group and an older group
Begining in January thru March, Winter Training help players develop the skills needed for the upcoming season. Sessions are held for each age group and/or level of play on an indoor Turf field. This year we have two locations (and nights) for SSA’s Winter Training. As part of Travel registration, all teams and players are expected to take advantage of Winter Training.
